CRGP Project Managers work on behalf of our clients and in partnership with the consultants and contractors to make certain that the objectives are identified, risks assessed and the most appropriate strategy identified for success. The key principles of Project Management are time, cost and quality. Any and all projects are held to these agreed standards and deliverables.
Where clients do not have resources or time to input to a build project CRGP Project Management often act as their single point of responsibility and contact to deliver the project. This requires an ‘all-round’ approach to ensuring the completed building is delivered exactly as the client intended, in terms of time, cost and quality.
