An official Ground Breaking Ceremony has taken place at RAF Lossiemouth for the new combined SNCO Single Living Accommodation & Mess with Junior Ranks Dining & Station Retail Facility.

The ceremony marks the beginning of the 96 week construction programme by Debut, Bovis Lend Lease and was attended by Bryan McFadzean and Gareth Merser of CRGP Limited who are both working on the new build project which is the first to be procured and constructed in Scotland under the national prime contract “Project SLAM”.

RAF Air Strategy Policy and Plans Infrastructure are working in partnership with Defence Estates at Lossiemouth to deliver the Facility.
