Works continue onsite at Lochgoilhead

The month has seen arrival of the glulam timber frame materials at Lochgoilhead where CRGP are providing Project Management and Quantity Surveying services for Argyll Holidays’ latest development at Drimsynie Estate Holiday Village.

After demolition of the previous 1970’s extension, a new 3 storey extension is being constructed on the site of the previous 1970’s extension to provide 19 bedrooms along with conference facilities, Spa, gym, new office accommodation, sales areas and a new lounge/restaurant. When completed, the new development will offer spectacular views over Loch Goil.

Works are expected to be completed for Summer 2017 and are being constructed by AKP (Scotland) Ltd.
