CRGP has secured Planning Permission in Principle for a mixed use development on a brownfield site in Linthouse, Glasgow, located close to the new South Glasgow Hospital.

The phase 1 masterplan, prepared by CRGP Architects, incorporates 40 no. Flats and 20 no. Terraced houses for mid market rental, retail units, an 11 bed Home from Home and a Nursery whilst the phase 2 site includes a mixture of Office and Industrial buildings.

A Detailed planning application for the housing is due to be submitted to Glasgow City Council at the end of January with work commencing on site around Easter 2014.

The Developer and site owner is CityLink Development Company Ltd and the main Contractor for the project is CBC Ltd.
