Phase 1 works are complete at the luxury 4-star Cuillin Hills Hotel, Portree, on the Isle of Skye. This phase of the works incorporated alterations to form 3 new premier bedrooms, new fine dining restaurant, new brasserie extension and kitchen alterations.

Principal Contractor, Compass Building and Construction Limited, completed the project in 13 weeks, on programme.

Feedback thus far has been very good, and allows us to work towards the second phase of works, planned to commence late 2012/early 2013. This second phase will include further bedroom upgrades and new link extension to the hotel annexe.
