Belhaven Terrace
CRGP was appointed to complete the renovation of the former Glasgow University halls of residence within Grade B listed Georgian town houses into 25 luxury flats and a mews cottage.
The flats were created while retaining many of the original features, this entailed reworking the numerous access routes within the building through the reinstatement of three stairwells, as well as renovating the rear escape stair towers into contemporary features as part of the flatted accommodation. Each flat has a unique layout making this an intricate design and construction process.
