Cuillin Hills Hotel
CRGP provided Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, Quantity Surveying and CDM Co-ordinator services for the refurbishment and alterations to the luxury 4-star Cuillin Hills Hotel in Portree.
Works incorporated the formation of 3 new premier bedrooms, a new fine dining restaurant (The View Restaurant), new informal Brasserie and kitchen alterations.
Key to the successful delivery of this project was the very close involvement and support of Wickman Hotels from early design concept through to completion.
Principal contractor was Compass Building and Construction Ltd, who completed the project within the 13 week programme.
